Judeth Wilson, managing director and lead trainer, Upfront Communications Pty Ltd and founder of The Trainers Ultimate Business in a Box

Judeth Wilson has been at the helm of Upfront Communications in Africa, Europe and, now, Australia. A sought-after keynote speaker and business trainer for the past eleven years, she has presented to thousands of people in that time.

Judeth has a passionate belief in people and developing the skills they have. With this in mind, she delivers keynote addresses, facilitates corporate away-days and runs dynamic training sessions around the world. She believes that people have the power to make an enormous difference – she helps to wake up the difference that they make to themselves and others in the organisation and ignites a passion for what they do. She speaks on a wide range of “people-skills” topics.

This entrepreneur established Upfront Communications in Harare, Zimbabwe in 1997 and has since been responsible for the training of over 1500 front-line staff, supervisors, middle and senior managers annually.

In 2000, Judeth moved her business to London where she worked with some of the leading training companies in the UK.

As the youngest trainer ever to work for Reed Training, the UK’s largest training company, Judeth quickly became lead trainer and was awarded the Reed ‘Highest Evaluation Scores Award’ for all her sessions throughout 2004-2005.

Judeth is passionate about the learning experience and believes in her responsibility to teach delegates something new, valuable and highly relevant to their work. Using a variety of training techniques including talking walls, games, videos, discussion groups, case studies and role-play activities, Judeth ensures every course is dynamic, interactive and educational. Her background as an actress and journalist ensures that high levels of energy are maintained / that no-one falls asleep in her training sessions!

Over the years, Judeth has worked with large international organisations such as Sanofi Aventis, Grant Thornton, DHL, Hewlett-Packard, NCAA, Enigma Health, BT, 3M, USAID, Johnson and Johnson, De La Roux Currencies, Tate and Lyle, Novartis and Thomas Cook to name but a few.

Judeth has also been involved in the facilitation of company away-days and annual retreats – with delegates ranging from front-line staff to the management team. She is also an accomplished after dinner speaker.

With qualifications to complement her years of experience, Judeth has a degree in journalism from Rhodes University in South Africa (majors in journalism, English language and linguistics), is an Advanced Toastmaster, a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner and holds an Australian Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. She is also the proud author of “The Inside Secrets of Powerful Presenters Revealed.”
